And we close another week with another one of those zero volume, no apparent interest, days.
Will it ever change and, if so, when? Have they got anything that could be a catalyst? Is everything dependent on wholesale acceptance in the marketplace of license plate reading? Is that alone a dynamic that can pull this out of the cellar and move it at least to the 1st floor? Meanwhile time just keeps flying by with no apparent concern --- other than by the shareholders - if there are any left other than management themselves.
Over a month to go yet before we get another financial report (3rd quarter ended Sept. 30, 2022) in the meantime we are changing auditors.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR Notice is hereby given by Route1 Inc. (“Corporation”) pursuant to National Instrument 51102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (the “NI 51102”) that: 1. On October 13, 2022, the audit committee of the Corporation’s board of directors (the “Audit Committee”) has resolved to propose to the shareholders of the Corporation at the annual general and special meeting of the Corporation to be held on November 30, 2022, to appoint RSM Canada LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) upon the expiry of the term of appointment as auditor of Grant Thornton LLP (the “Predecessor Auditor”). 2. None of the Predecessor Auditor’s reports express a modified opinion on any of the Corporation’s financial statements relating to the period commencing at the beginning of the Corporation’s most recently completed financial year and ending on the date of the termination of the Predecessor Auditor. 5.
