A new plateau?

Nine cents has been bad but today we are setting a new base (for now anyway) of a new 52 week low of 8 cents. And we are a good 5 weeks before we are destined to get any news by the looks of it ie. the next quarterly. How low can we go? 40 cents to 8 cents after consolidation does not speak well of the markets acceptance of the business. Can anything turn it around? or is it just a prime for tax loss season as we are entering that time of year?
