people are being confused as to the cash portion. its not about all their cash. its a dividend of cash and stock of AMER from the sale of the asset they sold to AMER.
Therefore they will divide only $12.1million only and not more than that.
According to the AMER it is approximately equates to 1 AMER for every 5 PDQ shares. which should represent about 20% stock and 80% cash.
In total it will not be higher according to them .43cents and their best estimate based on the the US dollar at the time is .40cents CAD.
1. They are having issues with releasing themselves out of all their property obligations.
2. Issues with dealing with Investment as to how to divide shares that relate to the London Stock exchange.
3. This may take more time than you think.
