The Company covers over 75,000 gross (45,000 net) acres in Kaybob. The Company also has a 25% interest in a private entity, which holds certain Subsurface Mineral Dispositions in Saskatchewan, with a focus on potential lithium resource prospects.

Thanks SeekValue. This finally makes sense.

So i gather from your information we are no longer getting shares but will get the cash value from it, which is good. My estimates were about that range exactly between .40-.41 centts range left with a penny stock in PDQ afterwards with remainder portion. The bunch of bandits did an insider trading of 500k each at .18cents of options from this deal. They made their money thats for sure.
