The Company also has a 25% interest in a private entity, which holds certain Subsurface Mineral Dispositions in Saskatchewan, with a focus on potential lithium resource prospects.

The Company's senior term debt is expected to be paid off entirely by mid-2023. 

At current prices, ROK will have cash flows excess to its operating needs.

Time to reward shareholders with a regular dividend ..
