We know the principals are not selling there was a 7,000,000 share block held by a previous insider and those are the shares that are being sold into the market. I cannot believe that roof didnot deal with this block up front. Whats worse is they thought the market would take care of it. Insiders have been buying at much higher levels which tells me that they were not concerned with this seller or

The good news is co. has lots of cash so no need to do a financing at these levels. Stock could spring back once these idiot seller is gone.

the predecessor co. was a blockchain co. so legacy shareholders probably have no interest in asphalt shingle recycling and have no clue how to value such a business.

Agreed this is not about the seller its about Roof not dealing with this block of shares which they must knew existed.

I don't think insiders look at the current share price the same way you are. For them (and for me) it doesn't matter if they bought at .31, 35, or 40 even as the stock keeps drifting down, I'm sure they will keep buying more if it keeps dropping because they have a plan for this business and they plan to execute it.  Long term they know that the share price could go much higher

Lets see I posted the selling of my position and that same post i disclosed my sale and my willingness to re-enter the trade at .25. Did I re-enter my position at .25? Yes I did! I am not a daytrader but I do watch my Venture stocks closely as they do offer the highest amount of risk. IMO if you are investing in Micros on a buy and hold strategy good luck to you. My position was in excess of 100k

I don't know who the seller is, but the entire small cap market looks like this right now. Companies, some which already have great fundamentals as well as good speculative potential, are being sold down to completely insane levels even as insiders at many of these firms are buying their own company.
