As of a week ago they were still building inventory. For accounting purposes its DR Invetory CR Revenue. Revenue increases. However obvioulsu theres no cash inflow which is why you see it on the

If they build inventory in October and November then sell it in December the q4 fins will show revenue and no inventory.

Inventory doesn't creat revenue until its sold.  An increasing inventory is also a use of cash.
