Oct 6/2022....From TD Waterhouse reporting.....``Northstar announces Execution of Binding Term Sheet for 5-year Off-Take Agreement with Colas Canada`s subsidiary MCasphalt for 100% of liquid asphalt production from proposed Galgary Facility.``

Take or pay contract..... However, if McAsphalt fails to take the Product according to the agreed schedule, or is rendered unable to take the Product for any reason whatsoever (save force majeure or a cause attributable to Northstar), for a period longer than three (3) consecutive days from the agreed schedule and causes the Calgary Facility to shut down for any reason, then McAsphalt will pay to ...more

My concern is more with Renewable U. Who are they and what is capacity to fullfil a $40 mm financing ? Their other investment is Cielo , CMC-V and that company is questionale. .

With Cielo deferring capex plans maybe RU has decided to invest funds they have raised to ROOF.
