GRP Minerals = Fiore Gold

GRP Minerals = Fiore GoldI purchased shares in the private GRP Minerals in November 2016 at a price of .80 USD per share. Private placement participants were promised the company would be public within a year or the funds would be returned. I am very happy to merge with Fiore. Several of the insiders involved on both sides are heavyweights. This combined entity should do very well. I'm assuming the shares will start trading around $1.15 CAD once they commence trading as Fiore Gold.
