They each have 50%

they each must share the future expenses  drilling..etc

or a non-participant would lose  lose  from 50%  down to  46%  down to 41 %  down to   x%

down to y%

or drop out completely and take a negotiated  NSR  (royalty)

Xstrata has 30 days to say yea or nay on the next drilling program

So if Xstrata likes the resource they will put up monies and eventually if the resource is large enough  make an offer to Canstar

OR

If xstrata thinks the resource is not large enough for GIANT miner Xstrata they will take a NSR and let Canstar have 100%

I think

Either way I like it. Rox is worth much much more
