RE: Question No one can explain , we can only surmise. Either some speculators came in and the buying created its own momentum, with ll types of conjecture, or, as we know, the company is seeking a partner ,there may be people kicking the tires , who decided that they will want an equity position, or some may even be interested in buying the Company, but no real discussions have taken place.
Anything is possible
