Where Are WE ??On the surface , 60 days from End of May should put us to end of JUly. And here we are at the end of August and still nothing!!
Do recall in some of the previous discussion there was mention of requests for 'post hearing briefs; and some timeline associated with those. Also , in the rules there is a line about agreement of the Parties.
So if there is an extra month or two due to this , the decision SHOULD drop right around the time of the AGM ???
Overall still feels like a long time for the process - almost 2 years until an actual hearing??
If we started counting from May this would not seem like too long a process , but really , two years just to get to a hearing in the first place??
