Though it will be a big loss for me , I cannot help but think that barring a miracle , this goes no further.
if there is something valuable to sell, there may be some value. Otherwise this can easily go to 1 or 2 cents and it can then be the price that it goes private at. Currently no shares are moving. No one buying and no one selling. At a lower price most folks will hang on and so it will drift to whatever price the big folks want (or need) to do something. Likely they will not walk away but will try to salvage what they can.
Hope i am wrong but have seen this so many times over the years
