They haven't even released the terms of the restricted awards program yet, and if they aren't fair they WILL be voted down as the insiders own Sweet FA of the common stock. Like I said before, when you change the model, you have to incentivise to obtain and retain good people or they WILL WALK. Josh McDonald WALKED over to Rock Energy.

 

Nobody likes seeing the SP under pressure, but the stock is facing a BIG shareholder turnover + Buyer sitting on the sidelines waiting on execution + fund redemptions LEFT / RIGHT & CENTER....

 

On every metric available the stock is cheap... NAV, SUPER-NAV, EV/DACF..... You name it.
