There is something fishy about the daily walk downs of late.  However, someone is also accumulating.  Just look at the volumes. 

 

As to the SEC, they are the US regulator and RPL is just a small Canadian company listed on the venture market.  Perhaps if you fill a complaint to the OSC they may give you a form e-mail response.  I did that in the past and you know it's useless eventually.  Us small retails have no say in anything.  You don't like this ride, just sell and get off.  Personally I already passed the point of no return on RPL.  I'm already down 40% before today's trading and more as of now.  I'll go down with this "Titanic" and hope that it's just someone manipulating for a pre-takeover set-up.  LOL.
