Saying the bankrupt word is just silly.  I agree.  I don't agree about the 20 to 25% divi cut.  Q4 and Q1 are not RPLs normal results and we should not use that as a benchmark for projecting cash flow.  The cost of the acquisition was higher than expected.  Differential was very high in Q4 and Q1.  For a few weeks oil drifted to around 85 a barrel but has risen back to above 96.  I believe trimming 10 million a year from the divi, selling a few non core assets and using the stronger revenues going forward will reduce the debt to acceptable levels. And we have not factored in new production that will boost revenues as well.  The new bod has a lot of options.  Lets hope they are good at what they do.
