Analyst recommendations at this point are meaningless as they have no clue as to where RPL is going.  Either the debt will remain a problem and continuing to rise resulting from what will then be labeled as a terrible acquisition or the temporarily inflation of debt will begin to descend and we get back on track.  Something was definitely missed on this transaction - hopefully it was only the transaction costs and not the quality of the property.  We should know soon.
