I agree with you about Eric he still believe's in the story and is sticking with it. What I would like to know is why do anything? If they can maintain the payout and the story hasn't changed why do anything at all. As a shareholder I can stomach the low SP if the dividend is maintained. I also believe that when Eric was alluding to a small premium to asset value we are talking $3 not $1.68. Why hold this volatile stock for a 50% return? You could by a far less risky stock like Suncor and maybe get a 50% return if oil price moves in your favour.
