I respect you and others' take on this. One of the key issues for me was how long the so called strategic
review is taking. Both the current and previous managements have demonstrated inability to run or sell this
company. There are a number of reasons to vote one way or another at any given time. We can't lose sight
of our (i.e. shareholders) objective and it's to recover or better yet make money on our investment. Voting
for the status quo provides no incentive to the current board to act quickly and decisively. If this drags on,
here's what could happen: the stock declines to, say, $0.60 and then the company is sold for $0.70-$0.80.
