RE:RE:Surge Energy Seeking More Deals to Expand in Williston BasinSuperfan et al, yes it seems this sale is last ditch effort by the current board and interim management to save their jobs. They have had a great deal of time to do something meaningful: buy shares, hire permanent CEO, or sell the bloody company. The never ending press releases simply deflect and throw mud on FF. How good FF is almost beyond the point for me. RPL needs a change. Just look the difference between it and Surge.
