The stock has reached bottom?

The stock has reached bottom?Let's not get too cocky about this stock reaching bottom. They can easily dilute shares outstanding if big daddy comes along for takeover. The company can issue a ton more shares leaving retail investor behind. Correct me if I'm wrong. My personal belief is can things get any worse and my answer is that I don't think so.
