is this halted, usually lots of trading done by now? what gives? or is it a stockhouse thing?

Thought the same thing when no trading for the first hour. very unusual, but turned out to just be very little interest. Very light volume lately and so posts. Sign that big things are stirring-Yup!!!! Look for UPM to make an offer for Repap and another bigger company like Mead. Really no risk to hold at 10cents as it seems to be very solid at this,and a takeover, which is inevitable ...more

Things have been awfully quiet on this board. Seesm things have calmed down around aquisitions in the paper industry. Also, volumes have dropped off and the bid/ask spread has gotten large. any news? now that the mgmt. has gotten their options re-priced I was hoping for something to happen. Maybe they are just negotiating what color trim will be on their golden parachutes. can anyone predict ...more
