What's the likelihood of another bidder? I think quite likely. Say at 25c.

Be serious. With a debt like theirs, we are lucky that someone has made an offer of $0.20. Take it and run. There are other places to make money. Don't forget that TD and other institutional investors have already accepted this offer.

My little dilemma is whether I sell now or wait for the normal buyout in October-or-there-about. I agree with you about being glad to have an offer at all.

With this kind of an offer and considering the source, would it not be reasonable to assume that their is something else to this. The attempt to protect themselves from a second bid implies that this deal is a must and that value is recognised. Also, with the majority shareholders agreeing to this implicates that they must hang on in order to get their votes in. I think come October the real ...more
