Another Offer?????

Someone is paying 5% over the offer price. Me thinks that there may be another player in hiding. Comments?????

Someone must believe that is the case, or they certainly wouldn't be paying this price. I wonder what a new offer would go for - 25 cents maybe?

Well, TD Asset Management is heavily involved and those boys and girls are not stupid.!

I would certainly agree, and wouldn't be surprised to see TD go against the deal in order to recover more of the money they invested. However, I noticed that 20% of all shares sold today came from TD, and they have bought less than 1%. On the bright side, there is 9.5 million shares on the bid side!

True, but TD buy and sells under the same banner but diffent sectors. It's been said before that buying Repap would provide a cheap entry point into the North American market for some Euro. paper companys.
