RE:1 to 50 share consolidation

RE:1 to 50 share consolidation
Ok
Let's say we consolidate to 11MM shares (of course there will be dilution).  In 2014 we make $4.5MM or EPS of .41 a share and say PE of 20x (is this reasonable or is 60X).  We then have a gas processing plant BV around $15MM or BV per share $1.40 but generating cash of $7MM.or $0.63 per share.  If someone put a bid in for the plant it would be around $40MM or $3.60 per share.

We finish the Longreach  work and start pumpimg Nat gas at $7.50.

We will survive over the next 2 years and when we start to produce gas the numbers will get stupid (positive) real fast.
