Owning .005 of the company means you own .005 of the gas plant which has been estimated to be worth $80 million today, if you were paying to build a new one. Its unencumbered net earnings have been estimated to be $5 million annually and can grow to 12 million annually.
You also own .005 of the producing wells and the wells that will be rehabilitated and brought back into production.
I cannot imagine a better return for the 76 K cost.
