RE:Privatization of ENAPI believe the quoted phrase is more about whether the shareholders approve the deal.
I have not seen any information regarding a push to privatise ENAP and, so long as the deal is approved and ratified in the next month or so (as planned) there should be no issues. If a deal is signed, a private entity will not break it.
