The transaction is suppose to close in May so what is 90 days from May? Late August? Okay that's when the 65-70 percent should be released...not October. Now it also says the transaction and everything should be taken care and closed by December so I don't know where your getting a year from now! that being said, I agree with you and the other poster saying this is BS..because it is...I agree there is a 30 percent discount because of the sketchyness...Canadian dollar and oil will likely gain strength so the 3 million could shrink..
