Been 3 months Since Sale of Assets
So my calendar says it has been more than 3 months since all the assets were sold. We should have news on the initial, liquidating distribution at this point. I will give it this week for them to sort out the details, but if we have not heard something by September 1st something is a miss or somebody is very lazy. We should be sitting on a $.59-$.63 cent stock here.

The first distribution will be made from the immediately-available cash resources of the Company as soon as practicable following the completion of the 90-day post-closing adjustment period. The first distribution is expected to be in the range of 65% to 70% of total proceeds (subject to any adjustments or indemnity claims) and is expected to be paid in September 2016.
