Why are you surprised? They marketed an IPO in Dec 2021/Jan 2022 which included some slides on a property they missed a payment on earlier that year (July 2021). See page 3 and 4 of their recent MD ...more

They upped it with 500k. IF the company was afraid of something and wanted to cash up... I dont think they would have done a financing without warrants. Upping the financing may have only been becuase ...more
