A new US entrant has entered the Canadian MJ market. I think they'll deal with RTI if they aren't already in talks. Remember RTI had talks with a tobacco company in the past. 

The talks are just me speculting, but I think with the historical news, it isn't such a stretch. Especially with Alliance One buying into the Canadian Cannabis market.
