Executive Chairman/Ex-CEO Peter Byrne purchased another 1.25 million shares yesterday. Now holding just under 20% of outstanding shares.

I am not sure about that but at the very least  it is always a good sign that the shares are probably  quite undervalued  The  buyer is the CEO and already largest shareholder.

Yes it is undervalued I am seeing stocks that don't have a fraction of this business and with much larger marketcaps this is going to see some nice upside soon the chart is looking extremely good.
