I found this link on the EMX board and the keynote speaker is our Paul Stepens, who is both a large shareholder in RVL and EMX, speaking on the royalty model and in particular, complimenting Michael Winn, who is Chairman of both companies, I believe.

Could it be a  reson that Paul sold to get less than 10% in RVL as he did in nov/december? Sold around 3-4 mil shares i think? Huge loss for him or it was only a tax loss purposes? Or both? who knows...

Swetrader, at less than 10%, then there ceases to be a legal requirement to disclose changes in shareholdings. Consequently, Paul is out of the limelight as a billionaire who owns a penny stock and it is not good optics for his other investments. Since Paul never blew out his entire shareholding at once then I think that, it is more likely than less likely, that his position in RVL is a keeper .. ...more

That true since my scources say there some millionaries into this stock... Problem is... They tend to forget they own this stock bc they got tons of money anyway... Millions here doesnt matter ;)   That is a good opertunity for sure... But the troublesome is... Why Paul isnt buying at these lvl? Im sure MGM still into black out period still for a strange reasons and has been black out ...more
