RE:RE:Other Tax OptionsInnovative tax suggestion and I appreciate your proposal and opinion. That being said there are always different viewpoints and opinions and I have a bit of a different opinion on the companies tax structure. I like it the way it is now... 25% is not too high in itself... What I like is the clean simple and typical structure as viewed by our government.. If we are relying on the Canadian government for timely approvals of new products, it makes sence to me to treat them good back ..by paying reasonable typical Candian corporate tax amounts... This is one of the reasons I sold all of my Merus three weeks ago -- and also the lack of clarity and some management issues on top.. I think any extra taxes, marginally, that we pay over others using aggresive avoidance methods, will be more than compensated back by the governement we work with...
