Is that $3M G&A for 2013 you point out on the basis of 2012 or actually stated by co... ? Or could they be tighter on things this year, just like everyone else is.

looks like they have cash payments for Flume $350k and Shawn Ryan $2.5M this year...if they said no to Shawn Ryan and return all his properties ... could the selling be mostly his tantrum ? He did resign as president a while back.
