They do the reverse and let the stock trade down nicely. When it's nice and low they then do a new financing to Cesares people and dilute it to give his new investors the lion's share. Why should he take marcello and all his foolish investors along for his ride. This is a plan only if Cesare knows what to do . This is a big job and while new business model has to be put into effect. I reached out to him but he never responded.
