suprised a PR with so much detail didnt say who the cunsultant is. Should have waited until they were able to say who it is.

It's because they need to raise $7M first before this consultant will agree to work with RYU. Think of this release as a fund raising attempt.

@athleticsguy fund raising attempt with 5 day to the private placement due date not likely. When a company puts out a press release (NR) it needs to get aproval from the TSX and the company's lawyers. They need to assure that the NR is in full compliance. had2chimeIN emotionally harging around? The question is misleading. Let's wait for the Private placement due date to give us the consultant and the financing info. Rest assured this info is coming. The due date is Feb.05. Wednesday.

yes still interested in the story. Is that not allowed? The question is not misleading. They're making an attempt at raising 5m, this was announced well before the consultant and seemingly had the money allotted. Then they announced the 7m required. So to me it seems they're currently trying to fundraise 12m. Is that not correct? Nothing wrong with asking this question.

had2chimeIN the common shares and the warrants offered on this private placement total 13 million. I believe this answers your question. If your going to follow the story you need to wait for the info. Wednesday Feb.05. Stay tunned.
