Sal the PP is priced at .03 a share and they get a .05 warrent . This price is prior to the reverse . Once reversed the effective cost per share of the PP is .30 a share and warrants excersize price is .50. I don't know what your calculations mean.

would mean after the 10-1 the warrants are purchased at $0.50. Would not be able to exrecise the warrants until the pp hits to $1.00 and holds for 10 days? Probably still not making sense?
