With   no  news   on  rights  issue   why is this  still   trading ?

Should have received news by now. I contemplated buying in for the very generous warrants, but only if it stayed above 75 cents. However, it kept dipping with oil, and i couldn't justify the trade. I expect this offering will close only partially filled. Good luck to those who did participate.

One   wonders  if   less   than  the minimum amount of  rights   has been  subscribed  AS  STIPULATED  BY  AIM   and   now  shareholders  are left  twisting in the wind  totally in the dark . I  believe   under   the terms   if   less&

Yes i wonder if that's the case, and the cause for the delay.  If they have to return shareholder's money from the rights offering, they will be in real bad shape.  OIl downturn im sure is not helping sentiment either

Minimum  raise  from  shareholders   was  a paltry  one million $$.
