The Canadian "regulators" are a complete joke. They don't prosecute outright fraud, so they sure as heck aren't going to do anything here. You'll just have to take your lumps, having learned a valuable investment lesson.

I don't think so. Aimco owns 54.71% of Razor's share and they supported Razor's bankruptcy?! Does that make sense to you? Of course the "regulators" won't pay attention for my 1 email. What about 100 emails, or 1000 emails complain about it?

Yes. I have learned my valuable investment lesson, but I will fight for my rights also!

Sadly, common shareholders have few rights. And the company has a good defence, so don't waste your time. Just eat the loss and move on, better for your mental health.
