Kevin, you have answered your own question. What I am saying is that the Government negotiators will use the new system as a tool to get the best deal under the old system. What I don't know is how badly do they want development on the Island of Lombok? If the local Government needs this project for the benefit of the Island residents than the terms will be much more favorable. If they don't care one way or the other than it will be tough negotiating. Maybe somebody can comment on the local Government situation on the Island of Lombok. cheers Harmony
