Yes what does DSP  do?
If the drill results stink they go under and The CNC 10% is worthless.
If the drill results are good they find another investor who gets to see even more resource information than the information upon which CNC based their investment decision.

My idea is a way for CNC investors to:
 save face and
 increase their share position in SA

Would you rather give John another $2mm to advance SA (and you get more shares in a public company)
or have stock in a private undercapitalized company (dead money)

GET IT?

CHANGE the BY-LAWS of CNC  (Their business purpose) to allow investment in a non-armslength company (SA)
