Kevin.

You have sharing your insights a lot lately on various posts and this is much appreciated during this lull in any real activity on the ground or with the share price. In a few of your posts you mention that your 'Guess'  is that on completion of a NI 43 101 estimate SA will likley enter into a JV agreement for this property with a major. I am curious as to why SA would want to enter into another JV rather than expanding on the NI 43 101 with some more share dilution or a complete sale of the property/company. Thoughts ?
