Just a questionMy last post....
"However, to date this potential can not be exploited because of the NTB provincial government official has issued Regulation (Regulation) No. 11 of 2006 on Spatial Planning (Spatial). In Article 38, limits the approval of the regents issued mining on the island of Lombok."
Could this be why they are selling Lombok? Their flagship property? They can explore just not (exploit) mine on Lombok? If this is true I am sure this would be considered material and that is why SA hasn't stated that fact. I know that sometimes articles are not completely correct, but there have been many statements in the past that have not been confirmed or denied. It really doesn't matter now at all. Most money has jumped ship. But if SA knew this was correct from the beginning then that is not right. If they found out about it recently then that was not right that they did not know. From my reading Indonesia makes policy all the time and then just at the right moment it is brought forth at everyones dismay. There is always a reason why things happen. Investors seem to be the last ones to find out. Sorry to bring attention to this, but I thought it was important. Cheers.
