I was in Japan recently and the Sushi was great I was in Japan a few weeks ago. I have always liked Japan. The people, food and culture are really special. A Japanese freind of mine had retired at 60 a few years ago and has found that the Government cannot pay his pension so the Government has asked companies to hire the retiree's back until the age of 65. He says the Japan Government is bankrupt. Of course they hired him back , but at a much smaller wage. Most likely to cover his pension amount. This is what we have to look forward to in Canada.
I was trying to find the Japanese Mining regulations and do you know that it seems like a lot is based on a 1923 Japan mining regulations book. There is a amendment that was put forth in 2011. But all in all it is very short and not as complicated as Indonesia.
If you are interested here is the amendment link:https://www.jurists.co.jp/en/publication/tractate/docs/mining_act_amendment_bill_in_japan.pdf

Here is the link to the first mining amendment since 1950:https://onlineservices.cliffordchance.com/online/freeDownload.action?key=OBWIbFgNhLNomwBl%2B33QzdFhRQAhp8D%2BxrIGReI2crGqLnALtlyZe18fLFc7RdrSI%2BxG%2Bd7iA7Hp%0D%0A5mt12P8Wnx03DzsaBGwsIB3EVF8XihbSpJa3xHNE7tFeHpEbaeIf&attachmentsize=108986
