RE:I think this issue is redicously undervaluedVP, I emailed the co and got a reply from Mat within a couple of days.
He assured me the only problem is the waiting.
He said he was as frustrated as I was.
In my experience comanies quite of do not reply, especially if there is some other problem that they don't want to talk about so I'm sitting tight and hoping I got the whole story.
