RE:Seeking Alpha article can someone help me here, when the President of the co describes the mine is he saying it is simply a dig as you go (over simplified) mine and if so would it not mean the capex will be low, my understanding is the port is operational and it will be a conveyor belt to the port. 

sorry if my question is "dumb" new to this sector
