regency bias is not part of my evaluation process I am speaking of a potential buy out level not where the play was, but I hope you are right and it goes for more than $4

I have always targeted 5 to 10, however given this market anything above 5 is a bonus. Holding for 5 to 10 years with a producing mine?: 12 dollars. Cashing in in 1 year?: 4 to 5 dollars. Why? Simple reason: I need the money now. Getting old my friends....

  David By regency bias I assume you mean recency bias? You seem to be implying that the run up to $4+ is based on some sort of 'play' that has no bearing on the final outcome of this stock. I'm long in this stock. I have shares I bought sub $1, many between $1 to $1.50, some above $2 and even some at $3.50 as part of my TPR accumulation strategy. I invested at $3.50 ...more

Agree with most of that. My sell out price is still 13.00 and the current low price is irrelivant. I am long an have no problem holding till 2027 at this stage. We have to be very tough now. If someone wants this and based of the talk from Atlas  / Vulcan leadership it seems that someone will then it has to to be a fair price. It will not (i think) be for billions and billions as some suggest ...more

This mine will be so cheap to operate... Once capex is paid, what would be the biggest cost? Electricity to run the conveyor? lol MoneyK
