Most recently was President and CEO of Dumas Mining from 2017 until his retirement in 2022. Mr. LaBelle was the leader who created the platform and the step change for Dumas’ turnaround and subsequent sale to private equity.

When you start your DUE DILIGENCE you should always go over a news article ,and what stuck out here was ( SUBSEQUENT SALE TO PRIVATE EQUITY ) just saying . The Atlas project should be able to have salt on the dock in less than 2.5 years, ready for 2025 winter season . I will read over the article again and see how Rick will be a team player . * 1 let's see how many shares he buys on the open market ! BCRNW
