what is the reason for delayed EA?

what is the deal here?  NOT happy w/ the never ending collapse in share price... "average down" certainly seems to be a fools game.  Warren Buffet or Charlie Munger RIP said to NEVER average down.  i didn't listen to that and voila, down another 20%.  effin makes the blood boil...never thought this would get this low...

what happened to the environmental assessment?  they were saying END OF YEAR... now we're a month late! still not filed?  what is the hold up?  we've supposedly been collecting data for YEARS!  last year when "MR SALT" did the disappearing interview that was never posted, i asked a question online and he answered, they had well over 12 months ago early at that point LAST YEAR.  been lurking on CEO and watching comments that the company has "been working w/ the NFLD gov't" already, pre-submission.  what could they be asking for that's delaying this by at least a month and counting?  best not be changing happy to glad!  are we gathering much more environmental impact data that is gonna delay this submission by a lot more?  or are we literally day to day?

don't like how we've dropped so much, don't like that FNG said one thing and missed that deadline, by a lot and counting.  don't care about a day here or there, but c'mon man, you missed it by a MONTH and still radio silence?

guess that's why i'm down an additional 20% when i'm already down 70+%.

cmon people, stop the bleeding and shenanigans...

quite the turn around from almost daily mr salt videos to... NOTHING BUT SILENCE and a MISSED DEADLINE.  i'm almost embarrassed for mr salt!  unhappy w/ the performance to date, its almost a complete collapse.. wtf is going on? something bigger than cleaning up some report or dotting I's and crossing T's?

The company did not say end of year , The clown pumpers on  here spewed that garbage  The only schedule you should pay any attention to is from the company. Anything else is pumper lies trying to defraud you.  This is the Oct 23 schedule which they confirmed in Jan 2024 . They are calling for production in fall 2028 and that if all the little ducks fall into place in a perfect ...more

Lets try this agaon atlas salt sched from Oct 23

For the record, they did say they planned to file it before the end of the year. They said it at the public meeting in St. George's in late October and it is noted at the bottom portion of the CBC coverage of the event. "Atlas Salt plans to file its environmental registration with the province toward the end of 2023 and anticipates construction of the mine would start in 2025."  ...more

The sched  shows regulatory approval May 2025  and construction from 2025 to fall 2028 . This is presuming no EA or native issues .  And since it is almost feb 2024 I think we can all  say the 2023 EA blurb mentioned by "someone"  at a public meeting selling the idea to the town  isnt happening unless time machines are options.   If you have ...more

Blah, blah, blah. You have shown on many occasons you have no idea what you are taliking about...on anything. Get as cute as you want with talk of time machines or whatever. You can rest on your 2025 approval timeline. Let's see what happens ovver the next 2-3 months. Keeping swing trading David.

The venture markets have been pathetic across the board for well over a year now, hard to fight the tide. Hopefully our patience will be rewarded in time.

Its not my Timeline It is the companys timeline.    And the EA is only step one in a long approval process.   This isnt putting a deck on a house and hope the neighbors dont say anything. If you are  going to make up storys probably best not to say  the company and their experts ( and peer reviewer ) know nothing and  are making things up Get back to the mop

thanks zephyr, that's what i remember.  they did say publicly that they would be submitting by years end, 2 months before year end.  and they missed the deadline.  by a month now. thats 3 months and counting since this article was out committing to year-end. they published a schedule in the FS, gotta go by those timelines.  so far they're not exactly hitting deadlines ...more

General360 There was no timeline/deadline. Yes, they announced at the public meeting in October that that planned to file before the end of 2023. At the AGM in December, Rick & Alasdair gave a project update that focused on 5 points (with the EA application being one of them). At that meeting, they told us that they were in process of preparing the EA application for submission. However, the ...more

I agree - pretty sure we won't be seeing a lot of Mr Salt anymore. This is Rick's show now and he'll do it his way and I doubt that shareholder contentment is high on his list at this stage. He is a my way or the highway type of guy but will get the job done.   I am dismissing previous timescales as redundant. The timeline prepared by SLR and included in the FS was signed off on ...more

Except for the fact the company posted in JAN 8  2024 they had the FS reveiwed by a 3rd party who confirmed it is realistic So believe the company and two sets of hire experts or  the clowns  on  bullboards  Clowns Experts Clowns Experts ..it so hard to decide

Yep, review supports just how great the project is.   Keep bashing. I'm buying and if someone is stupid enough to believes your nonsense then it may save me a couple of cents.
